REFUND
  • All services are non-refundable.

GUARANTEED

  • Before you leave the Foxi Nail Spa let us know if you are not satisfied with your nail services.
  • We will happily fix them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating that have been applied.
  • If your nail chips or breaks you can come back to get them fixed free of charge within 5 days of your nail service.

CANCELLATION

  • Please arrive on time or early for your appointment.
  • If you are running late please give us a call.
  • We may not be able to hold your appointment if you’re late and without letting us know. – We will do our best to take you in and wait time will be based on arrival time.

GIFT CARD

  • The gift card is non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.

PRICE

  • The price list is in the service section. It might change depending on the length, shape, and complexity of the design.

DISCOUNT

  • Discounts can not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. You can only use one discount at a time per transaction.

PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Foxi Nail Spa cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

SAFETY

  • If you have health problems or diabetes, please let us know before the service.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the nail salon.
  • You are liable for any damages caused by your children.
  • Respect our client’s relaxation, please keep your children from running around in the salon.
